Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Small tears from standard use. Comes with paper instructions for page 1 and 2, will come with PDF for pages 3/4.

Transfer: All Present, with only one section cutaway looking to have been used 1x. 

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, weakness and darkening.
