Vogue American pattern - circa 1980's

Dress, semi-fitted, blouson bodice, A-line skirt, three inches (7.5cm) below mid-knee length has button and self-loop at shoulders, bodice gathered and skirt pleated at elasticized waistline, side zipper, side pocket opening, side seam pockets and short sleeves gathered at cap and tucked at lower edge or full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Self tie belt. Purchased ribbon trim.
