Butterick pattern - circa 1989
Men's/Boys' Costume: Close-fitting jumpsuit has back zipper, long sleeves and elastic stirrups. Single layer cape has Velcro attachment. Belts have elastic at upper and lower edges. Contrast appliques and belt with carriers. Boots have elastic stirrups, single layer hood and gloves have Velcro closing.

Pattern: MISSING 16 (Belt Carrier) and 8 (Brief Back) & 15 (Belt) in XS ONLY MISSING. Printed tissue. Jumpsuit Front and Back were cut to size Medium (chest 38-40"), they were also cut at lengthen/shorten line and then put back with old tape. Comes with paper instructions. Mask front and back has tape on the darting.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, cut open sides, tape along edges and darkening.
