1970's Simplicity Maternity Button Up Shirt with Ruffle Accent, and Pants or Shorts Pattern - Bust 40" - No. 5421

Maternity Smock-Top and Pants in Two Lengths in Misses' Sizes: The maternity smock-top gathered to lined yoke has low round neckline and front button closing. Smock-top V. 1 & 2 has contrasting yoke and short, set-in ruffled sleeves. V. 1 has rick-rack trim. V. 3 & 4 are sleeveless. Long pants V. 1 & 3 and short pants V. 2 & 4 have adjustable elastic waistline casing.

Hips: 42"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears and weak edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
