1970's Simplicity Child’s Yoked Smock-Dress and Shorts Pattern - Chest 24" - No. 5102

Simplicity pattern circa 1972

Child's Smock-Dress or Top and Shorts: The smock-dress V. 1 and 2 or to V. 3 gathered to yoke has back zipper, high round neckline, patch pockets and raglan type sleeves gathered with elastic casing. V. 1 with contrasting collar has lace daisy medallion trim. V. 1 and 2 have short puff sleeves. V. 2 has lace edging. V. 2 and 3 are collarless. V. 3 with contrasting yoke has long sleeves. V. 3 shorts with elastic waistline casing are cut of top yoke fabric.

Waist: 21.5"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue.  Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage conditions with some writing, tears and discoloration. Will come in baggie for storage.
