Simplicity pattern - circa 1977

Juniors and Misses' Shirt and Pants: Top-stitched shirt with front band button closing and collar has flaps buttoned to pleated pockets, shirt-tail hem, long set-in sleeves with buttoned cuffs and optional buttoned sleeve and shoulder tabs. Top-stitched pants with fly front zipper and pleats have side pockets, waistband with self carriers and optional button trimmed flap.

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Transfer: Poor vintage condition with tears and discoloration.
