1970's Simplicity Child's Maxi or Midi Empire Waist Dress with Flutter Sleeve pattern - Chest 28" - No. 6867

Simplicity pattern – Circa 1970's 

The dress V. 1 & 2 or top V. 3 with top-stitching trim has back zipper, square neckline, shaped belt stitched to front, short set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and optional purchased applique. Regular length V. 1 features novelty woven braid. Ankle length V. 2 has novelty trim with lace edging.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with weak edges, discoloration, and small tears.
