McCall's pattern - circa 1977

Jumpsuit has forward shoulder line, buttoned front band, shirt-type collar and patch pockets with buttoned flaps; upper patch pockets are pleated; casing and tie belt or purchased belt are optional. Long sleeves may be turned up to form cuffs.
