Pattern: UC/FF. Fabric tissue pieces that can be sewn together. Comes with instructions and adjusting booklet. Pattern and paper have rust damage from poor storage.
Envelope: Not present as it was originally in a plastic bag. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
