Simplicity pattern - circa 1960's

Pattern: Complete. Printed. All large pieces were cut with pinking shears across middle to lengthen and then put back together with old tape. Comes with instructions.
Transfer: Present, but has been used before. Would need to be traced out.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with lots of tearing, open edges and old tape.
