Pattern: Complete some writing on pieces and piece A (Front) has been cut in half, but both pieces are present). Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Good condition with some wrinkling, yellowing at edges and one tear in upper left corner and small tears. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
