1970's Simplicity Sheath and Pinafore Dress Pattern - Bust 31.5" - No. 5465

Simplicity pattern - circa 1972

The mini-dress has the new narrow shoulder look. The shoulder length of the pattern is shorter and the head of the sleeve is higher. Young Junior/Teens' and Misses' Smock and Mini-Dress: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart on ... "How-to Set in Sleeves"). The mini-dress with back zipper has high round neckline, collar and short set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings. The smock with back button closing has low square neckline, tie ends caught in front tucks and short ruffle type sleeves made of embroidered eyelet edging.

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, tears and weak edges. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
