1960's Simplicity Mini Empire Waist Dress Pattern with Puff or Long Sleeves - Bust 32.5" - no. 8639

Simplicity pattern - circa 1969

Chest: 32.5"
Waist: 24"
Hips: 34.5"

Pattern: MISSING D - Back Neck Facing. Printed tissue. A & B (Bodice Front and Back) had a roller wheel used on it and have small tears. Complete with instructions.
Envelope:  Fair vintage condition with small tears, writing and discoloration.
