1960's Simplicity Hooded Jacket or Parka Pattern - Bust 34-36" - No. 5256

Simplicity pattern circa 1963

Hooded Jacket or Parka: Hood, with casing for draw string at front edge, extended shoulder lines, long, set-in sleeves with elastic pulled thru casing at lower edges, draw string, which ties in front, pulled thru casing at lower edge of jacket and top-stitching trim are features of all V.'s. V.'s 1 and 2 fasten with separating zipper at center front. V. 1 has patch pockets. Neck type zipper at center front seam is featured for V. 3 plus center front, inside pocket with zipper closing which is concealed by a flap.

Matching Children's pattern is Simplicity 5523.
