1960's Simplicity Child's Swim Trunks and Two Jacket Styles Pattern - Chest 28" - No. 5997

Simplicity pattern circa 1965

Swim Shorts and Jackets: V.'s 1 & 2 lined shorts, with trunks, have fly front and waistband. Lined jacket V. 1 has patch pocket, front and waistband. Lined jacket V. 1 has patch pocket, front button closing, notched collar and short sleeves. Unlined jacket V. 2 has front zipper, drawstrings in hood and lower edge and braid trim on shorts and jacket. Long sleeves have elastic wrist casings.

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, tears and weak edges.. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
