1960's Simplicity Child’s Blouse, Skirt and Cummerbund Pattern – Chest 30” - No. 3983

Simplicity pattern circa 1961

Blouse and Skirt and Cummerbund: Elastic in casing gathers lowered neckline and lower edge of short puff sleeves. Full gathered skirt has back opening concealed with a pleat. V. 1 has heave lace trim. Skirt has tie ends. V. 2 has rick-rack trim and contrasting cummerbund.

Chest: 30"
Waist: 25"
Hips: 32.5"

Pattern: Complete. Partially printed tissue. Clean cut to longest length. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with darkening, tears and fragile along edges.. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
