1960's McCall's Shirtwaist Dress Pattern with Gathered Skirt - Bust 36" - No. 6225

McCall's circa 1962

Dress with dart fitted bodice and four-gore gathered skirt. Short or three-quarter length, set-in sleeves; three-quarter sleeves gathered into cuffed bands. Round collar matches cuffs. Short sleeves and collarless neckline bound with bias contrast fabric, binding tied at front of neck. Zipper in center front seam of skirt below bodice buttoning. Front edges of bodice, collar and cuffs and belt are interfaced. 14 pattern pieces.

Bust: 36"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 38"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. All Bodice Pieces cut for View B (Collarless version) but extensions all present to make View A. Bodice Front has a 3" tear at bottom. Belt has 3" tear along end. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, foxing and weak edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
