1960's Butterick One-Piece Shift Dress and Raglan Sleeve Coat pattern - Bust 32.5" - No. 5128

Butterick pattern - circa 1969

One-Piece Dress & Coat. Loose-fitting coat with rolled collar, has front band with button closing. Full length raglan sleeves with tab and button trim. Pockets in side seams with flap and button trim. Martingale belt and back vent. Top-stitch trim. Semi-fitted slightly A-line dress has short raglan sleeves and oval neckline. Top-stitch trim.

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions. 
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with foxing, tearing and darkening. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
