1960's Butterick Child's Sports Shirt and Pants or Shorts pattern - Chest 21" - No. 2122

Butterick pattern circa 1961

Pant and Sport Shirt. (A) shirt with convertible collar, long band cuffed sleeves, patch pocket, top-stitch detail. Long pants with elasticized waistline, legs cuffed to match shirt. (B) shirt same as View A. Cuffless pants. (C) Shirt with short sleeves, turn-back cuffs. Short pants.

Chest: 21"
Waist: 20"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, discoloration and weak edges. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
