Girls' Smock and Bloomers: (A, B, C) Back buttoned, high yoked smock, center front pleat. (A) Large collar. (B) Contrast yoke, patch pocket, braid trim. (D, E, F) Lined to edge shallow necked smock, back closing. (D) Contrast appliques and bias tape trim. (E) Purchased applique. (F) Bias tape and lace trim. Bloomers. 12 pattern pieces.

Chest: 20"

Waist: 19.5"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, darkening, and open edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
