1950's Simplicity Child's Sun Dress and Bolero Pattern with Applique Pockets - Chest 22" - No. 4689 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Simplicity pattern circa 1954
One-Piece Dress and Jacket (Transfer Sheet Included): Completely faced bodice is fitted and has a centre back button closing. Full skirt is gathered and tie ends fasten into centre back bow. Short faced jacket has a small collar and one button closing at neck. View 1 skirt has novelty applique trim. Large applique forms pocket. Jacket and appliques are contrasting. View 2 has same appliques and jacket, also of contrasting fabric. View 3 dress and jacket are of same fabric.

Waist: 20.5"
Hips: 23"
Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Clean cut. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with large tears, foxing, darkening, and torn edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
