Pattern: MISSING Belt. Printed tissue. Front Jacket has 5" tear at bottom. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, missing section, old tape, and open edges. Sleeve A has small tears along fold line. Will be mailed in an acid-free baggie.
