Girls' Dress: Elastic Waist; Jacket; Petticoat: A brand new exciting group of separates. Dress contrasts the bodice to the swing skirt. Collarless bolero jacket has cut-in-one sleeves, matches the skirt. Petticoat, with deep hem ruffle, makes the skirt a real stand-out.
