1950's Butterick Child's Summer Dress and Overblouse Jacket Pattern - Chest 21" - No. 8648

Dress and Overblouse-Jacket. Pretty bouffant with suspender top ... covered with a buttoned-back overblouse that acts as a jacket. (A) Braid-trimmed jumper and matching short-sleeved overblouse with contrast tabbed collar and ribbon-bow. (B) Lace-trimmed sundress and matching sleeveless overblouse.

Chest: 21"

Waist: 20"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with paper instructions.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, darkening, old tape, and weak/torn edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
