Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. 4 (Bodice Back)has tears along dart lines. 5 (Bodice Front) has 1" of old tape. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Fair vintage condition with small tears, some darkening, and weak edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
