1940's Simplicity Sundress with Thin Straps and Bolero Pattern - Bust 30" - No. 2861 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Simplicity pattern - circa 1949
Teen Age One-Piece Sunback Dress and Bolero: The dart-fitted bodice is styled with a shaped top and shoulder straps. A back-bodice closing continues into the four-gored skirt which is gathered on either side of the center front and back seam. Cap sleeves and a shawl collar are features of the brief, flare-back bolero. Style 1 has eyelet embroidery trimming the upper edge of the bodice. In Style 2 the bolero is in contrast. Styles 2 and 3 have a notched fold trim on the upper edge of the bodice.

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. R (Back Facing view 2&3) has one end torn away but you can recreate it. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with open edges, darkening and lots of tears.
