Simplicity circa 1948
Child's Playsuit and Smock (for these transfers and 23 others see Pattern 7123): The smock is styled with a yoke releasing gathers at the upper front edges and back. The mite-size sleeves are gathered and finished with binding. A miniature collar trims the neck. The overalls are dart-fitted at the back waistline and suspenders support the bib. The trouser legs are cuffed. Style I displays the smock with a contrasting collar and a pocket. In Style II the collar and bib of suit are edged in lace. Embroidery designs trim the bib and overalls. Ruffles are optional.
Chest: 21"
Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Pieces were cut with pinking shears along cut lines. Comes with paper instructions that do have a large tear in one section.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with darkening, tearing and open edges.
