Blouse and Skirt:  Four-piece skirt with two-piece shaped belt at top.  Blouse with yokes front and back; attached collar; long or short sleeves.  Width at lower edge of skirt, size 15, 96 inches.  Finished length of skirt at center back, size 15, 31.5 inches.
