New York pattern circa 1940's

Separate blouse with long raglan sleeves perforated for short sleeves; round neck with draw-string neckline and sleeves.  Separate two-piece gathered skirt with or without gathered ruffles; attached waistband at top.  
Width at lower edge of skirt, size 16, 58 inches.
