New York pattern - circa 1940's

Skirts in two lengths: Four-piece shorter length skirt with opening at left side; long length four piece skirt plaited at top. Width at lower edge of shorter length skirt, size 28, 100 inches; long length; 106 inches.  Finished center back length of long length skirt, size 28, 36 inches; shorter length, 31 inches.
