New York pattern - circa 1940's

Skirt and Blouse:  Two-piece gathered skirt in two lengths with belt at top.  Blouse with inset band, side plaits at front;  yokes front and back with or without collar; long or short sleeves.  Width at lower edge of full-length skirt, size 16, 99 inches; shorter length, 97 inches.  Finished back length of full-length skirt, size 16, 36 inches; shorter length skirt, 31 inches.
