New York pattern - circa 1940's

Dress:  Collarless neck or with collar; inset vestee at front; drop shoulders forming short sleeves having applied bands; attached two-piece skirt; removable belt.  Width at lower edge, size 16, 70 inches.  Finished back length from neck to lower edge, size 16, 46 inches.
