New York pattern - circa 1940's

Dress:  Surplice closing waist with high neck and attached round collar or square neck; drop shoulders forming cap sleeves.  Attached three-piece skirt with closing at left side front;  removable belt.  Width at lower edge, size 15, 76 inches.  Finished center back length of dress from neck to lower edge, size 15, 45.5 inches.
