Pattern: MISSING "Short Sleeve" but has 3/4 and Long Sleeve options. Printed tissue. Pattern cut with pinking shears along cut lines. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, discoloration and weakness. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
