Pattern:  Complete. Unprinted tissue. #10 (Puff Sleeve) has 1" tear. #11 (Flared Sleeve) has a 3" piece of old tape along side, which caused a large 4" tear near middle where folded. Comes with instructions.

Mailing Envelope: Not Present. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
