Hollywood pattern - circa 1940's

Waist:
Hips: 35"
Pattern: MISSING "J" - Shoulder Strap (but both ruffle accents are present). The rest has been used multiple times and need a good trace out. The edges have small tears all around from multiple uses. Comes with instructions that also have tears around the edges.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tearing throughout and weak. Will come stored in an acid-free baggie.
