Pattern: MISSING H "Sole". Unprinted tissue. P "Collar was torn in half, but both pieces are present. B "Upper Back" has 1" tear near corner. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with small tears, writing and some darkening. Comes in an acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
