Pattern: Complete and comes with paper instructions. Pieces A (bodice front) , G & H (skirt front & back) have minor damage from chewing mice. It is minimal (not so bad that you can't see the line of the pattern).
Envelope: Present in poor vintage condition with some darkening, stains and rips.
