Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions on the pattern pieces, no paper instructions were made during this era at McCall.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with flap almost torn free, weak edges and some darkening. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
