Pattern: Complete. Unprinted tissue. The only piece ever used was D (Collar) as it has remaining pencil marks. All other pieces were never used. Instructions are only present on the back of the envelope during this time frame.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with open sides, tears and discoloration.
