Pattern: Complete. Printed. 1, 2, and 3 have been cut in half to lengthen. Piece 1 (Front) has a 2" piece of tape on one corner. 1 & 3 were also cut short, no extension present. Comes with paper instructions.
Mailing Envelope: Not present, will come in acid-free baggie for storage.
