Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Pocket 1 has a 3" tear near edge. Waistband Right side has a 1" tear near corner. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition, with open edges, old tape, tearing and discoloration. Comes in an acid-free baggie for storage.
