Pattern: MISSING C - Under Collar for Jacket. Unprinted tissue. A has a 1/2" x 2" missing section at the bottom center. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with large tears, discoloration and fragile seams. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
