Simplicity pattern - circa 1940's
Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Dress: The dress is fitted with darts at the front underarm and back waistline. Two ruffles are featured at the lower edge. A purchased or self made belt may be used. In Style I, the lowered neckline, finished with bias binding, has a ruffle trim. The neck and skirt ruffles are edged with eyelet embroidery and the dress is sleeveless. In Style II, bias bands on the skirt ruffles are stitched in the ruffle seams. The petal sleeves are trimmed with an applied band.
