Simplicity pattern - circa 1940's
Front-buttoning bodice, styled with gathers at the shoulder, tucks at the front waistline, and darts at the back waistline. An inset for the extended shoulders is featured. Two bands are stitched to the softly gathered skirt and a purchased or self belt is used. In style 1, the shoulder inset and skirt bands are of eyelet fabric. A small standing collar outlines the neck edge. Style 2 has a square neckline and the shoulder inset and skirt bands are of self fabric.
Pattern: Complete, cleanly cut, with a few pieces showing signs of age from color difference. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor condition with no edges attached. Comes in plastic baggie for storage.
