Dress and Bolero: Waist with high round neck or low neck; drop shoulders; attached four-piece circular skirt in two lengths; removable belt. Bolero with revers at front. Width at lower edge of skirt, size 16, 143 inches. Shorter length skirt, 129 inches. Finished center back length from neck to lower edge, size 16, 53 inches; regulation length, 46 inches.
