Pattern: MISSING #5 - Sleeve band. Unprinted. #8 (Romper Front) has a 4" tear, but just needs to be fixed, all lines still visible. Comes with paper instructions.
Mailing Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, darkening, and torn edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage
