Simplicity pattern - circa 1940's

Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Dress: A "Mother and Daughter Fashion". For "Daughter" see Simplicity 1382. The button-front dress is styled with a shaped neckline and extended shoulders form brief cap sleeves. An inset belt joins the gathered bodice edge to the skirt, which features soft front gathers and side pockets. In Style I, two rows of beading, through which ribbon is drawn, trim the inset belt. Eyelet edging is used for trimming Style II.

Waist: 27”
Hips: 36”

Pattern: Unprinted. FF, but has darkened and weakened from touching instruction on outer piece, should be traced prior to use. Comes with instructions that have fading on front where line drawing of dress is. 
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with open edges, lots of discoloration and tears. Comes in baggie for storage.
