1980's Vogue Individualist Peplum Button Up Shirt and Pencil Skirt Pattern - TAMOTSU - Bust 34" - No. 1710

Vogue pattern circa 1984

Tamotsu - Top & Skirt.Loose-fitting, blouson top has shoulder pads, bodice and peplum pleated into waistband, slanted pockets and above elbow or long sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows). Straight skirt, below mid-knee or below mid-calf, has waistband, back zipper and back hemline slit.
