"Easy to Make". Skirt in two versions has choice of high or low inverted front pleats.

Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Cut with pinking shears along cut lines. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage condition with tears, darkening, old sticker residue on front and weak edges. Will come in acid-free baggie for storage.
